FULL-BODY RED LIGHT THERAPY (PBM)
AURORA's full-body pods cover your whole body with five wavelengths of red and near-infrared light (633 to 940 nm) at once, front and back, while you lie down. Studies in athletes have looked at muscle soreness after training, and controlled trials have measured skin feel and collagen density [Ferraresi 2016; Wunsch 2014]. Our clients put it in their own words: they feel more energetic, recover well after training, and many tell us they sleep well. Instead of a small panel moved from spot to spot, you get full-body coverage in one comfortable session of 12 to 15 minutes.
WIRELESS EMS TRAINING
Our wireless EMS system (no cables, no bulky external units) uses gentle electrical impulses to work large muscle groups at the same time, including the deep postural muscles. A full-body workout in about 35 minutes, easy on the joints, with a trainer at your side. Train for strength, posture and coordination.
We use Wiemspro wireless suits: full freedom of movement, and a personal suit for every client.
