Small Group Training
Ever thought of training with a friend or two?
Training in a group can be fun and motivating. Aurora Fitness & Massage offers small group training (2-3 people) tailored to the group members' needs.
Some groups include:
Family members ● Friends ● Partners ● Seniors Groups ● Work Colleagues
You can either get a group together yourself, or we can organise a group for you.
As with our One-on-One Personal Training sessions each participant in group training will receive a personal fitness assessment and a tailored training program and sessions can be held indoors or outdoors.
Anyone can participate in our group training - age and ability are no barrier, our expert trainers will make sure everyone is catered for!
